King Faisal International Prize is being known as Nobel of Arabic world. After the decision which Turkish Prime Minister granted with the prize, some press members and organization had claimed that Erdogan had chosen for his Davos protesting. King Faisal Found General Secretary Prof.Dr. Abdullah Bin Salih Usaymin said it is right that Erdogan chosen to this price for his stance about Palestine in Davos.
“But he will take his prize not only for his stance in Davos but also his successful works while he was a chairman in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Erdogan also did many works to develop the dialog between the Muslim countries’ leaders. He also one who makes many things in the field of dialog between the Islamic countries” Usaymin noted.
