The explosion took place at around 11.15 a.m. (16.15 GMT) in the Middletown, Ct during testing at Kleen Energy Systems facility. Officials blame a natural gas leakage for the blast.
"They were working, they were testing… and I heard there was a gas explosion," a witness told reporters.
